British American Tobacco

XCALYBR won this project from amongst a pool containing the Big 4. We partnered with BAT for a Cultural Transformation Program for Leadership & Organization Development. In addition, we implemented an Operational Excellence Model that led to essential improvements in KPIs such as waste reduction, failure rates, and equipment efficiency.

PTCL

A Leadership Development Program was initiated to onboard 300+ Senior Managers and General Managers across all headquarters of PTCL. The focus of these workshops was to create awareness regarding management and leadership principles in the 21st century, and how modern techniques are crucial for moving the company forward.

Style Textile

The key to a company’s success lies in its’ People and Culture. Individual and team growth is essential in the ever changing work landscape for which leaders must constantly upskill themselves. For this purpose, XCALYBR held multiple workshops with the future leaders of Style Textile, to equip with the necessary tools and leadership skills that would help retain their status as one of the biggest exporters of Pakistan

Engro Polymer & Chemicals

A rigorous company-wide change management program was initiated in an effort to aid Organization Development. The goal was to transform culture and mindset towards a more continuous improvement approach while also reinforcing employee engagement. In addition, current systems and procedures were to be evaluated and then standardized according to global best practices

Smartlane/Webworks/Rent-It

A workshop was conducted on achieving High Performance Collaboration across multiple departments. The activities were designed to inculcate the founders’ vision into employees’ daily purpose and operations. Moreover, the goal was to bring a forth shared expectations regarding company targets and how an improved team working environment would help meet these objectives
